These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SoloService website and application. By using SoloService, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
SoloService provides tools for managing customers, service records, invoices, exports, and subscription billing. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, controlling access to your credentials, and ensuring that data entered into the service is accurate and lawful to store and process.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SoloService. This includes, without limitation:
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or data.
- Using the service to send spam, malware, or abusive or unlawful content.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or disable the service.
- Using share links, exports, or invoices in violation of applicable law or contractual obligations.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing, renewal timing, trials, cancellations, and billing management are handled through the billing workflows made available in the app. Taxes, refunds, and cancellation rights may depend on the plan offered and applicable law.
Availability and Changes
SoloService may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including to improve security, reliability, or product functionality. Reasonable efforts may be made to avoid material disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and Limitation
SoloService is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The service provider disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
Access to SoloService may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if payment obligations are not met, or if continued access would create legal, operational, or security risk.
Changes to These Terms
SoloService may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
